Product Introduction:

How do I prevent "fiber balling" during the mixing process?
"Balling" occurs when fibers are added too quickly or are of poor quality. To prevent this, we recommend: Using our Glued Steel Fibers, which only disperse once they hit the wet concrete. Adding fibers via a conveyor or gradually into the mixer. Ensuring the mixing time is extended by 1-2 minutes.
What is the typical dosage of steel fiber per cubic meter of concrete?
Dosage depends on the engineering requirements: Industrial Floors: 20kg - 40kg/m3. Tunnel Shotcrete: 25kg - 60kg/m3. UHPC/Specialty Projects: 60kg - 120kg/m3. We can provide a detailed mix design calculation based on your specific load requirements.
